Vestibular Balance Rehabilitation

Helps patients recover from dizziness and balance disorders

What is it?

Dizziness, lightheadedness and disorientation are common symptoms that affect at least 20% of the general population.  As we age, a much higher incidence of these symptoms occurs due to chronic neuro-degenerative diseases and traumatic events.  The visual motor and vestibular system of the inner ear function together in the brain to control balance, spatial awareness and perception.

Visual / Vestibular rehabilitation helps improve impaired balance and dizziness caused by disease and injuries.  It is a treatment and therapy program provided by Dr Jenks and his therapy team.  It begins with an on-site or in-office comprehensive sensory motor evaluation of oculomotor eye movement function, binocular vision misalignment and vestibular balance function.
